We currently ship within Australia only. We are working on international shipping and hope to offer it in the future.
Processing time
All orders are processed and packed by hand in small batches from our kitchen in Perth WA. Please allow at least 7 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.
Shipping rates
- Standard shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight
- Free standard shipping on all orders over $200
- We do not currently offer express shipping
Delivery times
- Perth & WA regional - up to 7 business days
- Eastern states - 7 to 10 business days
- NT, TAS and remote areas - 7 to 14 business days
All orders are sent with tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched.
We want you to love every jar. If something has gone wrong with your order, we will always do our best to make it right.
As a food business, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used products due to food safety regulations. If your order arrives damaged, broken, or incorrect, email us within 7 days with your order number, a photo, and a brief description.
Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not limited by this policy.
We take allergens seriously. All Rocking Rāyu products are made in a home kitchen that handles peanuts, tree nuts, sesame, and soy. While each product's specific allergen information is listed below and on each product label, please read this section carefully if you have a food allergy.
Important: All Rāyu products are produced in a kitchen that handles peanuts, tree nuts (macadamia), sesame and soy. While we take care to avoid cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from traces of these allergens. If you have a severe allergy, please contact us before ordering.

Vegan & dietary information
- All flavours are vegan and contain no animal-derived ingredients
- All flavours are gluten free (Made with gluten-free ingredients using dedicated equipment and strict handling procedures to minimise the risk of cross-contact)
- All flavours are MSG free - we use natural umami sources like miso and soy instead
- All flavours are Low GI
- All flavours contain soy (miso base)
- Most flavours contain sesame seeds and/or sesame oil

- Prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST unless stated otherwise
- Wholesale pricing is confidential and must not be shared with third parties
Stockist obligations
- Stockists must store and display products in accordance with product labelling requirements
- Products must be sold at or above the recommended retail price unless otherwise agreed in writing
- Stockists must represent Rocking Rayu products accurately and positively
